Our
client is a regional integrated communications provider based in Waynesboro, VA.
This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources with dotted-line responsibility to the President of
Wireless Operations.
The
organization includes 900 employees, 3 call centers and 65 retail stores. This position is responsible for managing and directing
employee relations, talent acquisition and talent management; and supporting a team of six HR Managers.
Highly
qualified candidates will be skilled in change management, leadership development and an advocate for servant leadership. As a business partner, the DHR will work closely with the Division President and other
executives to develop and implement HR strategies, plans and programs to drive performance, enhance employee satisfaction
and leverage talent management.
· Bachelors’ degree and 10+ years of HR leadership and management experience.
· Talent
acquisition experience in a multi-unit field retail environment is mandatory.
· Experience
in wireless telecommunications is preferred.
· Expertise
in implementing talent acquisition systems leveraging web-based applications and technology.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to excel in a fast paced, change driven environment.
· Graduate degree and SPHR certification desired.
