Telecom Sales Executives

 Dallas, Texas and Mexico City

 

Our client, a growing Wireless Telecommunications Services Company, is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives to expand their market area in the US.  The Sales Executives role will be responsible for developing and maintaining new customers in the U.S. market. This individual will be the single point of contact for all Customer Service related issues in the Northeast (TBD) market. This role will require in-depth knowledge of wireless telecommunications products and services.  It is essential that the candidate has experience and contacts within the wireless telecommunications industry.

 

Essential Job Functions include:

                     Analyze the current market conditions and implement a sales strategy for expansion into the U.S. market.

                     Gather customer’s software/technical requirements and communicate them to the Client’s Product Development group. 

                     Manage service level agreements and ensure compliance

                     Define and manage service account policies

                     Control monthly, quarterly and yearly results against client targets and goals

                     Measure, monitor and improve customer satisfaction with respect to products and the SLA

                     Use thorough knowledge of client’s products and services to develop new service offerings

                     Monitor delivery of  services, products, up-grades, etc. to customers

                     Oversee software beta testing that key customers may participate in.

                     Manage the distribution of new releases and related documentation.

 

Qualifications:

                     Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Electrical or related engineering discipline, or 8 years progressive experience in telecommunications industry. 

                     Master’s degree preferred.

                     Relevant work experience at Sales/Management level in the wireless telecom industry.

                     Five years of full time, progressively responsible sales experience, including three years of major account management ($500,000 and above) experience in the telecommunications industry.
