Employee Relations Manager
Location: Wadsworth, TX

Our client is a major energy producer in the state of Texas.
This position will provide leadership, strategic management direction in the
development, coordination and administration of human resources programs in the areas of employee relations, labor relations,
company policies/procedures, legal support, and special projects.
- Strong experience in the labor relations area to
include contract negotiations, management assistance with bargaining unit issues, grievance processing.
- Hands-on manager, responsible for approximately
(5) employees.
- Requires a minimum of (10) years experience in a
professional level human resources/employee relations role with (3) years as a supervisor/manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
or human resources management is strongly preferred.
- PHR/SPHR, certification in Labor Relations, and
utility industry experience are also preferred.
