Inside Sales Representative

Our client delivers market leading Service Management solutions that enable
organizations to automate business processes and provide first class customer service.
The
Inside Sales Representative is responsible for lead generation and support of the sales team.
· Position and present software technology geared toward the business solution
to generate, qualify, manage and close deals
· B2B sales to enterprise accounts via phone.
· Provide marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, set up WebEx demos,
and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery.
· Team up with company subject matter experts throughout the sales process
· Utilize Microsoft CRM for all calls and sales activity and provide accurate
forecasts and reports on a weekly basis
Experience
· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent.
· 2 years Inside Sales experience for software products and/or services - experience
in uncovering opportunities, building a pipeline and closing direct sales opportunities.
· Extensive prospecting via phone (50-70 calls per day).
· Experience selling to enterprise level accounts.
· Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota as well as ability to develop and
manage a consistent sales pipeline
· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills - Proven problem solving
and solution selling skills
· High energy and enthusiasm with strong inner drive to succeed.
· Computer literacy; experience with MS Office applications, PowerPoint, and Excel
